この生地は各工程ごとに丁寧に職人自らが手塩にかけています。ワッシャー染色機（繊維製品の染色工程で使用される機械の一種）で染色を行うことで生地にランダムなシワができ、また天日で乾燥させることでさらに風合いが増します。そのため一度にできる布の量も限られておりますが、その分最高に味わい深い生地が誕生しました。

This fabric is crafted using traditional methods, with each step meticulously handled by skilled artisans. By using a washer dyeing machine (a type of machine used in the textile dyeing process), random wrinkles are created in the fabric, and sun-drying further enhances its texture. As a result, the amount of fabric that can be produced at one time is limited, but this process yields an exceptionally rich and unique fabric.
